What exactly is the product?
A custom-printed translucent wrap formed into an illuminated centerpiece around an interior LED puck light. It displays logos, sponsors, messages, names, themes, patterns and photography.
Does it only decorate the table?
No. It also communicates the message and adds ambient light to the tabletop.
Is this architectural lighting?
No. iLLUMITUBES are illuminated event centerpieces, not architectural or permanent-building lighting.
How does the custom design work?
What file should I send?
Send the best approved logo files and brand documents available. Vector PDF, EPS, AI or SVG files are preferred when possible, but other files can be reviewed.
Can you create the design?
Yes. Provide the logo or message, brand requirements, event information, colors and any useful inspiration.
Will I approve the artwork?
Yes. A digital proof is reviewed before production.
Can flowers cover part of the tube?
They can, which is why the table plan should be shared before design. Important artwork can be moved above the expected obstruction.
How do I choose a size?
Is the smallest size usually enough?
Not always. The correct size depends on the room, table, quantity, viewing distance and message. The smallest option can be right, but price alone should not determine the decision.
Do larger tubes block conversation?
They can affect sightlines depending on the table and guests. Networking and presentation needs should be considered before choosing.
Do you make custom sizes?
Yes. Shorter, taller, wider and narrower dimensions can be considered when standard options do not solve the event need.
How much information is required?
Do I have to complete a long consultation?
No. Buyers who know what they want can use a short path. Expanded event questions are optional for buyers who want recommendations.
Can I order before sending the logo?
Yes. Artwork may follow through the approved upload or communication workflow.
When is a sample useful?
Samples are most useful when someone is researching the idea for an internal decision-maker. They should not slow down a buyer who is ready to proceed.
How difficult is assembly?
How are they assembled?
The flat printed wrap is formed and secured around the LED puck light using the approved components and instructions supplied with the order.
Can they be used outdoors?
They are primarily intended for indoor events. Tented or outdoor use requires specific review and approval.
Can tops be added?
Yes, when appropriate. Tops may be recommended for appearance or to control upward light in lower-ceiling rooms.
What happens after the event?
Can the lights be reused?
Yes. Reusing the lights allows future orders to focus on replacement graphics.

Where are requests and uploads stored?
Website requests are stored privately with an inquiry number. Notification email contains the request details and secure file access rather than exposing artwork publicly.
