Information collected

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact, event and design information you provide, along with any files you choose to upload.

How it is used

The information is used to respond, prepare recommendations or artwork, estimate or fulfill an order, maintain records and improve customer service. iLLUMITUBES does not sell customer contact information or artwork.

File storage

Uploaded files are stored outside the public website folder and accessed through a password-protected administrative area. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely risk-free.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, order, legal requirements and repeat-order support. A customer may request deletion when no longer required for an active order or legal obligation.
