Setup & care

Event-day guidance should feel organized.

Know what arrives, where it goes and how to protect the graphics before, during and after the event.

Before the event

Open, count and review before setup begins.

Do not wait until guests are entering the room to discover a missing component or an artwork question.

  1. Confirm the packing list.Match graphics, lights and ordered components to the quantity.
  2. Review the setup guide.Use the written instructions and QR-linked video supplied with the order.
  3. Protect the graphics.Keep wraps flat, dry and away from sharp edges or unnecessary handling.
  4. Test representative units.Form and illuminate at least one unit before the full setup begins.
  5. Confirm table placement.Check flowers, candles, menus and sightlines against the approved plan.

Flowers and candles

They can be used around the base. Share the plan before design so important content is not blocked.

Tops

Tops may be recommended for appearance or light control, particularly in rooms where upward ceiling illumination is undesirable.

Low ceilings

A shorter format may feel more proportionate and preserve the intended room atmosphere.

Guest sightlines

Networking, conversation and stage visibility may affect the size recommendation and table placement.

Indoor use

The product is primarily intended for indoor events and controlled event environments.

Tented or outdoor use

Every request must be reviewed. Do not assume weather, wind or moisture suitability without approval.

  • Keep the approved artwork and order number for future reprints.
  • Order replacement graphics for a new event while reusing the lights.

Can the lights be reused?

Yes. Reusable lights support lower-cost replacement-graphic orders for future events.

Can the graphics be reused?

Many graphics may be reusable if handled and stored properly, but condition and fastening method should be checked before the next event.
